Using a variety of down to earth, tangible yet powerful techniques, holistic practices and psychological input, Space to Breathe will guide you to create your own toolkit, empowering you to take charge of your mind, soothe the physical body and take intentional action without fear.
It's been a hell of a year and a half right? Our world is in pain and at times it feels like there's no escape.

We've spent the pandemic years in trauma. Let's get this straight. If you're currently feeling overwhelmed, if you're scattered and unmotivated, there's nothing wrong with you. If you're anxious, grieving and in fear, I want you to know, there is nothing wrong with you.

The priority right now is to heal. To honour your tenderness, your vulnerability, your discomfort and to do what you need to prioritise healing. Yours. Ours. The World. The Earth.

Because things are not the same as before and you know you want things to shift, both internally and externally. But when your mind is consumed with all the worries, overwhelm and uncertainty; when it’s spinning at 200 km/h telling you of all the ways things can go wrong, it leaves no space for YOU. Your mind becomes that all consuming negative voice, confusing you, stopping you in your tracks. Constantly questioning your decisions, doubting yourself, depleting your confidence, leaving you feeling drained, exhausted and disconnected. Taking a step forward is right there, yet you're often paralysed by decision fatigue, seeking external validation, comparing yourself and losing yourself in the process.

I created SPACE TO BREATHE to give you a solid foundation into the effects and impact of stress/anxiety from a physical, psychological and spiritual perspective and to remind you of your own power.

The course combines my favourite and most effective tools from my background in Psychological therapies and Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, with Mindfulness, Meditation, breathing exercises, self coaching techniques and more, strategically guiding you deeper through each of the key layers: Body, Mind, Mindset and Soul.

Ariadne Kapsali is a Internationally Certified Life, Mindset and Self Belief Coach, Yoga Teacher, Meditation Guide and Mental Health professional. She has completed her studies in Psychology with training in Health Psychology, Behaviour Change, CBT and Mindfulness Approaches, amongst others.

She works with individuals to support them in creating meaningful and sustainable change in their lives using a unique union of her training and experience in Life Coaching, Psychological Therapies, Mindfulness and Positive Psychology tools.

Ariadne runs worldwide retreats, courses and workshops online and in person. She also works with organisations providing Corporate Wellbeing Sessions and training.

FAQs

Is this course live? Do I need to attend at specific times?

This round of Space to Breathe will be partly delivered live. Over the 8 weeks, there are four live workshops where I will guide you through each module AND four live Q&A sessions where I will be available to coach you through your questions on the materials. 

Attendance is optional as everything will be recorded and you will have lifetime access. Once you are enrolled you will be prompted to set up your login details and you will have access to the materials week by week for the duration of the course. 

How long is the course? Do I have to complete it within a set time?

The course will run over 8 weeks. However, you can choose at what pace you go through the modules - I would encourage you to take your time with it.

All the audios, meditations & workbooks are downloadable so you can save them on your computer and keep returning to them

Will I receive coaching from you?

This round of SPACE TO BREATHE includes 4x live Q&A sessions where I will answer your questions on the modules and offer live coaching support.

My 1:1 coaching is fully booked and this is currently the only place to be coached by me. This is a special round as normally the course is fully self study.

Can I pay in instalments?

Space to Breathe is designed to offer you knowledge, tools and insight to increase self awareness and take charge of your thinking and empower yourself out of the overwhelm and anxiety spiral.

Space to Breathe (and any coaching offered as part of the course) is not psychological therapy, and is it not meant to replace psychological and/or medical professional support.
